Cham, Switzerland, August 22, 2016: The Swiss fintech company MUUME and Swisscom are working together on digitization projects. The first joint project is the integration of MUUME technology in the app of the Bernese soccer club BSC Young Boys (YB).
In the Bernese Stadium Stade de Suisse, fans and visitors can use the YB app to directly order and pay for food and drinks in the app already before half-time starting on August 20th. This reduces the time standing in line later, since customers have already ordered and paid in advance, all completely digitally. The fans can pick up their food and drinks directly without standing in line for a long time and without the time-consuming selecting and paying process.
For select projects of Swisscom, MUUME will be the developer and supplier of customized solutions in the field of services and payment for apps that Swisscom develops. Using the technologies integrated in the mobile apps, the ordering and payment processes for suppliers should be more efficient and significantly simplified for users.
Daniel Gradenegger, CBDO & Co-Founder of MUUME: “We are pleased to have a strong and, for us as a digital self-service provider, a particularly central partner for digitization projects on our side in SWISSCOM. Our first joint project, that with the Young Boys Bern, is giving us the opportunity to make services and payment easier, more effortless and more customized for consumers and for the soccer club alike.
Christian Palm, project manager at Swisscom: “We have looked for a partner who will help us to realize ordering and payment in the digitization of customer experiences so that added value can be experienced by the customer. The YB app is an ideal first project to accelerate the implementation of new experience concepts for live communication and to tap into new potential for marketing by the event organizers.”
Daniel Marti, Head of Marketing of the BSC YOUNG BOYS: “We would like to offer our fans and viewers a thoroughly enjoyable stadium experience. This also means being able to order and pay for drinks and food as easily as possible before the game and during halftime. Together with Swisscom, MUUME is the ideal partner for ensuring a smooth, uncomplicated and fast processing so that the game can be the focus of the stdium visit and not the annoyance of waiting in line forever at the concession stand.”
